Why This Workshop Exists
Most Agents Are Using AI Wrong
Most licensees already use AI weekly. Very few have set their privacy settings, learned to evaluate output before publishing it, or heard that a federal court has ruled AI conversations can be subpoenaed. The gap between how agents use these tools and how they should is where deals, reputations, and licenses get hurt.
This workshop closes that gap in three hands-on hours: real skills for real work, taught without hype and without fear, by an instructor who builds AI systems for real estate and teaches the state's technology CE course.

Three Hours of Practical Skills
Part 1: The Landscape, Without the Hype
What AI actually is (chatbot, assistant, employee), what it is genuinely good and bad at in real estate work, and the privacy settings most agents have never touched. We fix your accounts live in the room.
Part 2: Prompting That Actually Works
Hands-on with real real estate tasks: listing language, buyer emails, market summaries, and client communication. How to give AI context, how to evaluate what comes back, and the one rule that keeps you safe: never publish what you have not read.
Part 3: The Habits That Protect Your License
The review-before-publish habit, what never goes into a consumer AI tool (a federal court says your chats can be subpoenaed), fair housing language traps in generated content, and how to work inside your brokerage's technology policy.
