Disclosures in
Modern Practice

Arizona disclosure and broker-supervision law: what must be disclosed, who is responsible, and how the duty holds in the information age.

3 Credit Hours · Disclosure Category · Instructor: Michael A. Boykin Jr., M.S. · School of Record: Desert Sage Seminars

About This Course

Accurate Disclosure, However the Content Is Produced

A 3-hour continuing education course in Arizona disclosure and broker-supervision law. The course teaches the licensee's disclosure duties (material facts, seller property disclosures, agency and advertising disclosure) and the designated broker's written-policy and supervision obligations under R4-28-1103(A) and A.R.S. 32-2151.01(G).

One 30-minute module addresses the newest disclosure question: when automated content creates misrepresentation risk and what the licensee's existing duties already require. Licensees leave able to build the technology section of the written policy manual Arizona law requires of every brokerage. Technology appears only as examples; the course teaches no tools and no technology adoption.
