The Policy Obligation Already Exists
Here is what most brokers have not been told: in Arizona, the written-policy obligation is not coming — it is already on the books. R4-28-1103(A) requires every designated broker to maintain written policies, procedures, and systems. A.R.S. 32-2151.01(G) makes you responsible for supervising how your licensees work.
When an agent publishes an AI-written description that misstates a property, or an AI-targeted ad that skips a protected class, the file lands on your desk under rules written long before the technology.
